We divide the year into five terms, 8weeks in length. Term six is our SUMMER FLEXI-SCHEDULE, and you may register for the weeks you’ll be in town! The gym will close for one week during the summer. During this week we will be offering special clinics. Watch for details regarding these special opportunities.
Priority Due Date (PDD) is the date by which Current Students must pay tuition in order to maintain ‘priority’ and guarantee their class spot. After the PDD, OUR COMPUTER SYSTEM ELECTRONICALLY DELETES UNPAID STUDENTS FROM THE ROSTER and New Students are placed in vacancies. The PDD occurs on Saturday, two weeks in advance of each upcoming term except Term I, which is the last day of summer term 2.

for class and annual registration, is REQUIRED WITH REGISTRATION. New students may sign up for class during week 8 of each session. If a class is not at its limit new students may sign up at any time.
Annual Registration fee is non-refundable.
Previous Students are given registration priority over New Students ASSUMING YOU HAVE PAID THE ANNUAL FAMILY MEMBERSHIP FEE WITHIN THE LAST 12 MONTHS and pay tuition before the tuition due date.
You must pay tuition on or before the tuition due date in order to guarantee your class spot for the next term. Also, CLASS CHANGE REQUESTS should be made before the PDD to maintain priority over New Students.
Tuition fees are due prior to the start of the first class of a new term (see section on Priority Due Date). Any fees received after the start of a new term will be assessed a $10 late fee. Tuition not received within 10 days after a new term starts will result in additional fees or your child being dropped from their class.
The annual family membership fee at FLIP n TWIST Gymnastics is $45.00 for family and $35.00 for single membership. Upon payment of the annual fee, each currently enrolled family member will receive a gym T-shirt. This fee is non-refundable.
At FLIP n TWIST, Only the most expensive tuition in your immediate family pays full fare. All lesser tuitions from your immediate family are discounted 10%!
Tuition pays for your child’s spot in your child’s class. However, as a courtesy, FLIP n TWIST offers make-up classes when and where doing so does not interrupt the safety or quality of class. Make up procedures vary, depending on safety concerns, space, equipment, and teaching ratios. Please call the office to schedule your make up class in advance! Make up classes are limited to 2 per term. (If you take class 2 times a week, only 3 make ups are allowed.) If the missed class occurs during week 8 you will be permitted to make up the class during the following term provided you have signed up for classes that term. If a make up is scheduled and you are unable to attend, the gym must be notified 24 hours in advance or the make up will be forfeited. Holiday absences may be made-up in advance of the holiday if within the same term. The same applies to absences due to personal schedule conflicts known in advance.
In the event that it becomes necessary to cancel classes due to inclement weather, the telephone recording at the gym will be changed to reflect the appropriate cancellations. We will follow the Fairfield School cancellations. If weather permits classes will be open at noon. Please call the gym for this information.
